CHART FLOW AND FACILITIES
Steel making: 45t ultra high power EAF, 45t LF & Vacuum degassing device, assistant by PC operation management system; on-line hydrogen oxygen nitrogen testing equipment; pre-furnace spectrometer.
Forging: 800t CNC control quick forging machine. 2500t hydraulic press
Heat treatment: 8 car type boiler for heat treatment furnace, Adopt PC temperature control system, furnace temperature uniformity, within the scope of temperature deviation of +/- 5℃. Advanced water-quenching techniques and devices, with the heat treatment furnace can guarantee a reliable work piece after quenching the hardness values and the ideal difference between center and surface hardness.
Machining: Variety of large processing machinery, It can be pre-machine on milling and planning and finish machining.
Quality inspection: Equipped inspection center, It can test various physic and chemical properties according to GB, ASTM, DIN and other standards. (To be completed - 60℃ impact test) Automatic ultrasonic testing and portable ultrasonic testing device.
